My name is Nadia, and I’m your psychologist.
I’m 47 years old and have spent almost 20 of those years living in England. I’m a mother of two grown children, I have 12 years of experience working for myself, and I am proud to say that I two degrees in Law and Psychology.

◇ I work using an integrative approach, which means I have a wide array of techniques and tools to assist with life’s variety of situations. However, I most often use the EMDR method.*

◇ I believe that all our feelings and emotions are equally important and valuable. Whatever is happening in your soul and whatever thoughts plague your mind — I am here for you without judgment.
◇ I care about your results — which is why I’m a member of the NABT professional community. This means I’m constantly learning new techniques, participating in peer supervision, gaining experience, and incorporating only the most effective practices into my work.
◇ I value your time, sipping coffee and idle chit-chat for 20 sessions, getting to know one another, is not going to improve your life. So we won’t waste any of your time or money, and get straight to it.
