Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 January 2026
These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer for the provision of paid online consulting services.
By booking and making payment for any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Parties
Service Provider:
Nadia Dixon, self-employed specialist and UK tax resident.
Client:
Any legally competent individual who accepts these Terms and makes payment for services.
Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
The Service Provider offers online psychological consulting services delivered remotely via Zoom or other agreed communication platforms.
Services may include:
Individual consultations
Diagnostic consultations
Consultation packages (e.g., 4-session blocks)
Group formats (where separately described)
Services are consulting and psychological in nature.
The Service Provider does not provide medical services, does not issue medical diagnoses, and does not prescribe medication.
Sessions are paid for as reserved professional time, not for a guaranteed outcome.
3. Booking, Format and Duration
Consultation date, time and format are agreed via written communication (e.g., Telegram or email) and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Standard duration:
Diagnostic consultation – 40 minutes
Individual consultation – 70–90 minutes (unless otherwise agreed)
Time Zone:
The confirmed message will specify the time zone. The Client is responsible for correctly converting the time to their local time zone.
4. Payment and Packages
Full (100%) prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made via UK bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods. Payment provider fees, if applicable, are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
For consultation packages:
The full package must be paid in advance.
Sessions are reserved after payment is received.
Packages must be used within 90 calendar days from the date of payment unless otherwise agreed.
The Client may discontinue consultations at any time.
Unused sessions within an active package may either:
Be used within the validity period, or
Be refunded upon request.
Refunds for unused sessions will be processed within 14 calendar days from receipt of the request.
Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
The date of payment is the date funds are received.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Late Attendance
Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
If the Client is late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
The Service Provider will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.
If the Client does not join within 15 minutes and provides no prior notice, the session is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Rescheduling or cancellation is free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session, in case of no-show, or late arrival without notice, the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Technical issues on the Client’s side (internet, device, application failure) do not qualify for refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed.
If technical issues occur on the Service Provider’s side, a new session will be scheduled or a refund issued.
6. Professional Conduct and Communication
The Client agrees to maintain respectful communication.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate a session or discontinue services in cases of aggression, threats, harassment, or repeated violation of agreed terms.
In such cases, refunds apply only to unused sessions unless otherwise agreed.
If the Client does not respond for more than 14 consecutive calendar days despite attempts to contact them, the service is considered paused at the Client’s initiative. No refund is issued. Remaining sessions may still be used within the package validity period.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential.
Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the Client or others.
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Sessions may only be recorded with mutual consent.
8. Important Limitations
Services are not emergency support.
In cases of acute crisis, the Client must contact local emergency services in their country (in the UK: 999 or 111; Samaritans).
The Service Provider may recommend consultation with a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or other specialist where appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider provides professional consulting services with reasonable care and competence.
However, no specific results are guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on multiple factors, including the Client’s active participation and personal circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
Decisions made by the Client based on consultations
Indirect or consequential losses
Technical failures outside the Service Provider’s control
Actions of third parties
The total liability of the Service Provider for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms apply to new bookings and payments made after publication.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
